2018-2019 Nomination Announcement

2018-2019 Nomination Announcement

District News

Every year a new Leadership team is elected to manage the District and it is time to initiate the process that culminates with our 2018 elections. A District Leadership Committee (DLC) was appointed to help nominate members who have expressed an intent to serve as a District leader for the next term. For the 2018-2019 term, the DLC was chaired by IPDD Andy Minseok Kim, DTM and each Division in the District was equally represented in the Committee. The process adopted was in accordance with the bylaws and protocols of Toastmasters International.

I am pleased to release the Nomination Slate for the 2018-2019 term, as submitted by the DLC.

Note: In the case of multiple candidates for one position, the candidates have been listed in alphabetical order by last name (in English)

District leader elections will be held at the District 93 Annual Council Meeting on May 19, 2018, at Seoul Women’s Plaza.

Eligible candidates other than those recommended by the DLC may stand for election from the floor. If any eligible Toastmaster wishes to do so, I request that they please notify me, at any time, of their intent to stand for elections, via email (dd@district93.org) in order for us to make appropriate arrangements.

Best Regards,
Marcie Jo Gansler, ACB/ALB
District 93 Director
