The 2022-23 Virtual District Council Meeting

Saturday, May 20th from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.  

1. Meeting information

• Who: District Executive Committee members,                                                                                                                                   Club Presidents, and Vice Presidents of Education from *active clubs are invited to attend.

• When: Saturday, May 20th, 2023 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

• Where: Online via Zoom (the Zoom link will be provided later with an agenda)

• Voting: Electronic vote via election runner application

(*Active clubs have eight or more members who have paid for the current renewal period, with at least three who are renewing members.  See attached "Club Status Guide" for further details.)

• 투표 : Election Runner 어플리케이션을 이용한 전자 투표 

(*활동 클럽: 8명 이상의 회원이 현 시점에서 멤버십 비용이 납부된 상태이며, 그 중 최소 3명이 갱신한 회원. 첨부한 “클럽 상태 가이드” 참고.)
