2024-2025 클럽 성장 위원회에서는 클럽의 지속적인 성장을 위한 Toastmasters Supporters 프로그램 참가자를 모집합니다.

프로그램 개요

Toastmasters Supporters는 Toastmasters International의 표준 20명 미팅 모델을 구현하여 클럽의 멤버십 성장과 교육 효과를 극대화하고자 합니다. 참가자는 표준 미팅 모델을 직접 경험하며 클럽 발전에 기여하게 됩니다.

목표: 클럽 미팅 참여를 통한 멤버십 성장 환경 조성 및 클럽의 지속 가능한 성장 기반 마련
주요 활동:
- 클럽 미팅 참관 및 부족한 미팅역할 제공
- 클럽 회원의 성장을 위한 환경 조성
기대 효과:
- 클럽 멤버십 향상과 미팅 품질 향상
- 회원 참여도 향상
- 클럽의 전반적인 활성화

모집 대상

Toastmasters 회원 누구나
클럽 성장에 관심 있는 자
리더십 개발을 희망하는 자
특히, Area Directors, Pathways level 5 진행중인 회원, 컨퍼런스 등에서 전문적인 연설을 준비하려는 회원, 클럽 성장을 고민중인 클럽임원들을 적극적으로 초빙하고자 합니다.

모집 기간: 1차 모집, 8월 10일 (연중 상시 접수도 합니다)

활동 기간: 2달 이상 6회 클럽 방문

<Toastmasters Supporters Recruitment Announcement>

Toastmasters Supporters program is now open for applications to support the continuous growth of our club in 2024-2025.

Program Overview Toastmasters Supporters aims to maximize club membership growth and educational impact by implementing the standard 20-member meeting model of Toastmasters International. Participants will directly experience the standard meeting model and contribute to the development of the club.

Goal: Create an environment for membership growth through participation in club meetings and establish a foundation for sustainable club growth.
Key Activities:
- Attend club meetings and provide support for any missing meeting roles.
- Create an environment for the growth of club members.
Expected Outcomes:
- Improved club membership and meeting quality.
- Increased member engagement.
- Overall revitalization of the clubs.

Target Participants

Any Toastmasters member
Those interested in club growth
Those who wish to develop their leadership skills
Especially encouraged: Area Directors, members currently working on Pathways Level 5, members preparing for professional speeches at conferences, and club officers who are concerned about club growth.

Recruitment Period: First round: August 5th (Ongoing applications welcome throughout the year)

Program Duration: 2 months or more, with 6 club visits.
