I am 2025 District 93 Conference chair Crystal Youn.
As you all know, the District Conference is the largest annual event in the district, where Toastmasters members from all over the country gather to enjoy various events and network. Next year's conference will be held in Gyeongju on May 17-18, and we are looking for Toastmasters members to help create this special event.
Please refer to the committees and their respective roles below. If you would like to participate as a leader or member of a committee, please contact me.

디스트릭트 컨퍼런스는 디스트릭트의 연례 행사 중 가장 큰 행사로, 전국의 토스트마스터즈 회원 분들이 모여 함께 다양한 이벤트를 즐기고 교류할 수 있는 장입니다. 내년 컨퍼런스는 5월 17일-18일 경주에서 열리며, 이 특별한 컨퍼런스를 함께 만들어갈 분들을 모시고 있습니다.
아래 각 컨퍼런스의 커미티와 커미티 별 역할을 참고하시고, 커미티의 리더 또는 멤버로 함께하길 희망하시는 분들은 저에게 연락해주시기 부탁드립니다.
1. Speech Contest Committee Chair / Members
< International Speech Contest, Korean Speech Contest, Evaluation Speech Contest >
Speech contest chair, chief judge, timer, ballot counter, Gate keeping SAA, Miking SAA, Escorting SAA
2. Education Committee Chair / Members
- Arrange workshop schedules, discuss the workshop contents and recruit the trainers
- Follow up with the trainers
- Find each workshop MC and SAA
- 워크샵 주제 논의, 일정 관리 및 연사 모집 / 연사들과 팔로업하며 문의사항 해결 / 각각의 워크샵 MC와 SAA 모집
3. Promotion Committee Chair / Vice Chair / Members
- Create Conference promotion campaign and attract many members to register for the conference
- Design and prepare for the conference event with the vendor(Photo zone, Posters and Banners, small event in the conference)
- Create D93 Conference Goods(T-shirts, badges or any creative goods) and sell them in the conference
- Working with District PR team to promote D93 conference to social medias
- Create the whole conference presentation slides
- Create 2025 D93 Conference Hardcopy Brochure
- 컨퍼런스 홍보 캠페인 진행
- 컨퍼런스 행사장 내 홍보물 준비 (포토존, 포스터, 현수막, 배너, 작은 이벤트 등)
- 컨퍼런스 기념품 제작 및 판매 (티셔츠, 뱃지 등)
- 전체 컨퍼런스 프레젠테이션 슬라이드 제작
- 2025 D93 컨퍼런스 브로셔 제작
4. Registration Committee Chair / Members
- Check for the registration status and send the registration confirmation e-mail and registration fee deposit email
- Help on-site registration
- Prepare for the name tag and provide it
- Organize Gala Dinner sitting arrangement
- Information desk, Lost & Found
- 컨퍼런스 등록 현황 관리 및 등록 확인 / 입금 요청 이메일 보내기
- 현장 등록 관리
- 참가자 이름표 제작
- 저녁 만찬 자리 배정 세팅
- 안내데스크 및 현장 분실물 관리
5. Venue Committee Chair / Vice Chair / Members
- Check for the meeting rooms, prepare for the meeting gadgets
- Prepare for the on-site venue information notification
- Meeting room Snack preparation
- Manage the accommodation registration
- Align with the hotel manager
- 행사장 관리 및 필요 물품 준비
- 장소 안내 표시물 제작 (미팅룸, 화장실 등)
- 행사장 다과 관리
- 숙박 등록 및 방 배정 관리
- 호텔 매니저와 연락 담당
6. Finance Committee Chair
- Manage the conference fee deposit and expense
- 컨퍼런스 비용 관리 및 정산
7. Media Committee Chair / Members
- Take photos during the conference
- Take video shooting during the speech contest
- Adjust sound, manage audio system
- DJ during the conference
- An owner to handle the presentation slides on-site
- 사진 촬영 담당, 영상 촬영 담당, 오디오 프로듀서, DJ 및 컨퍼런스 슬라이드 오너
8. Event Committee Chair / Members
- Gala dinner event organizing (Select MC and organize the event)
- Award Ceremony (Select MC and prepare for the gifts)

- Music & Dance time
- 저녁 만찬 이벤트 담당 (MC 선정 및 만찬 이벤트)
- 어워드 세레모니 준비 (MC 선정 및 필요 시 선물 준비)
- 배너 행진 준비

- Overseas VIP guests liaison
- 해외 VIP 게스트 의전 담당
10. Conference Mentor Committee
- Being mentors and provide guidance and share the experience for the entire process of the conference and any issues
- 전체적인 컨퍼런스 과정에서 문제 발생 시 가이드 및 경험 제공하는 멘토
